  1. 30mm fan

    • 30mm fan

    • 2-pin cable, 1M long (red / black wires w/0.1" connector)

  2. Cut the little connector off the end of the 30mm fan.

    • Cut the little connector off the end of the 30mm fan.

  3. Add a ~20mm long piece of heat shrink tubing to each piece of wire.

    • Add a ~20mm long piece of heat shrink tubing to each piece of wire.

    • Strip the wires on the ends of both the fan and the cable.

  5. Solder the connections as follows:

    • Solder the connections as follows:

    • Red fan wire to red cable wire

    • Black fan wire to black cable wire

  6. Shrink the heat shrink tubing with a heat gun.

    • Shrink the heat shrink tubing with a heat gun.

    • The end effector assembly guide will call out this fan assembly.
