In Step 29. I had to up the feed to G0E-90F10000 to get it to move like the video. Also are the stepper current limits different for the smt nozzle/ 3d print head?
Step 13, I had used the tslot nuts else where due to shortage and used my own stock of t-nuts, i highly recommend a t-slot nut that can be inserted with having to slide it in before the frame is assembled. like this- http://www.aliexpress.com/item/T-nut-Ham... I have bought those exact ones and can confirm they work here
step 12 my kit had m3 x 8 which didn't reach the nut, i used the m3x12 that didn't fit the fan here instead
I'd recommend that there's a len's cap to stop grubby fingers during smearing the lens. Kaptop tape seams to work ok
In step 4 I'm not sure if there's meant to be a nut on the other side? M3x10 cant fit one. But my screw slips in the hole, Adding a bit of super glue, expoxy can fix t his up
In step 4 check there isn't epoxy in the slot the spring goes into, use small file/ craft knife until spring can rotate freely ( I had one rod like this)
