There were exactely 12 M3x10 screws left in the End Effector & Arms Hardware Set bag. Not sure if they maybe needed later on though, but for now I used them for the motor assembly
The height of my fan is 12mm. I'm not sure how I should use M3x12mm to attach it to the end effector. Shouldn't it be M3x15mm? But in the hardware set there are only 12mm.
I had the same problem. The wires are a bit short.
Is there a trick how to get the tube 3-4mm in? I seem to only be able to get it in 1-2mm.
Maybe add a note that the heat think should also be attached?
Looking at the recommended build order I think assembling the delta mechanism should be done first instead of this.
I was confused when I did it the first time and found out later that it makes sense if you already had the delta arms attached to your top plate.

Maybe also a good idea to make a note to check that the heat sinks don't make a short with the soldering pins which are pretty close on one side.

It's worth noting that 2 screws go in from one side and the other 2 from the other side. Took me some time to figure that out.
